  214.  Allow AT LEAST 4 weeks  to  handle  the registration, counted  from the
  215.  moment  the  money  is  received. When  cheques  are used, they must be
  216.  cleared  by  the bank BEFORE I will start sending the package (this can
  217.  take up to 4 weeks, depending on the type of cheque). Eurocheques  that
  218.  are valid (see later) do  not  have to be cleared first ! Also a slight
  219.  delay (in your favour) can  occurr  when  I am finishing a new version.
  220.  In  this  case  you will receive the newest version along with the key.

  223.  (1) Notes for (postal) money orders:

  225.  - Sometimes a postal money order will cost extra money, either at
  226.    your side or at my side. Add US$ 10,-- for the tranfer if this
  227.    is the case;

  230.  (2) Notes for euro/giro cheques:
  231.  
  232.  - When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
  233.    a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following;
  234.  
  235.  - Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
  236.    this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.75 in dutch money) and
  237.    write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
  238.    out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money OR calculate
  239.    the amount of US $ into your OWN currency and write out the cheque
  240.    in your OWN currency;
  241.  
  242.  - When you are a non-USA customer, NEVER write an eurocheque in US$
  243.    currency, they will be returned to you because the tranfer from
  244.    US$ to local currency will cost more than a non-commercial
  245.    registration of MTA;
  246.  
  247.  - When you write out a Giro-cheque, always put the amount in LETTERS
  248.    on the back of the dutch giro-cheque (only DUTCH giro cheques are
  249.    allowed);
  250.  
  251.  - When you write out a Euro-cheque, always put the NUMBER on the back
  252.    of the cheque. When not supplied, I must return the cheque;
